Hi, my name is Olivia Heck. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and I have been studying piano since the age of 5— over 20 years! After high school, I studied at Purdue University Fort Wayne and obtained a Bachelor’s in Piano Performance. I started Southwest Piano Studio in 2023 and specialize in teaching classical piano to students of all ages.

In addition to teaching, I have enjoyed serving on my church’s worship team, accompanying for middle and high schools, and recently travelled to perform in Italy! My husband Matthew and I were married in 2025 and happily enjoy our growing family.

The longer I play and teach, the more I am inspired by the joy in music. My hope is that my students can share this joy, take it with them through their lives, and share it with others too!
